Flossmoor Adopt-A-Day

The 40 Days for Life Flossmoor Adopt-A-Day program is for individuals, families, churches and/or organizations that want to answer God’s call to stand up for life and provide prayer volunteers for one or more days of this powerful pro-life campaign. The prayer vigil will last for 40 continuous days, September 28 – November 6, 2022 in front of the Flossmoor Planned Parenthood location.

Adopt-A-Day coordinators can be from anywhere – bible study groups, women’s groups, youth groups, schools, families, churches, pro-life committees and more – and do not need experience to organize a day of prayer volunteers. Coalition Life provides all of the resources needed along with coaching and support. Prayer vigil hours will be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, and two prayer volunteers are required to cover each hour, for a total of 24 volunteer hours. These hours can be covered by as few as two people or up to 24 or more. The greater the number of prayer warriors that come out to be a witness of God’s goodness and love, the more powerful our statement to the community will be.

If you are pro-life and have a desire to do something at this critical time to show the community that Flossmoor stands for life, please consider joining us.

To select a day, view the calendar below and submit your request via the link with a first, second and third choice. We welcome groups of all types and encourage you to consider adopting multiple days if your group size is larger.
