A tax credit is an amount of money that will be credited back to you from the Missouri state government based on 70% of your donation to Coalition Life. There is a limit of $50,000 per tax filing or ~$71,500 donation. This can be applied to both individuals and businesses.
The donation must be made to Coalition Life. Your one-time donation or monthly donations must meet or exceed the total of $100 in one calendar year. We accept all major credit cards, checks, ACH bank transfers, donor-advised funds, and stock donations. In-kind donations do not count towards your yearly tax credit amount.
To be eligible for tax credits all you need to do is donate a minimum of $100 to Coalition Life in one calendar year and owe Missouri state taxes through your personal or business return.

Tax credits for donations are worth 70% of the total amount you donate. In addition to the credit, you may also be able to deduct your donation from your Federal and State taxes as a normal charitable donation.
Once the application is returned to the Coalition Life office, it may spend 1–2 weeks in internal processing. Then it is sent to the state government. It may take 45–90 days for the state to send the tax credit information to you. We would encourage you to be prompt about returning your tax credit application
