Code of Conduct Agreement

Coalition Life is committed to providing a peaceful event experience for everyone. Cardholder or Accountholder and each Attendee associated with this registration (jointly and severally referred to as “Attendee” herein) attest that they are in no way associated with Planned Parenthood or its affiliates, any other abortion provider or its affiliates, or any pro-abortion advocacy group, by way of employment, informant, volunteer, donor, client, or otherwise. Furthermore, each Attendee agrees not to engage in any protest, harassment, assault, or disruptive behavior of any kind at the event and agrees not to use force, the threat of force, or physical obstruction to injure, intimidate, interfere with, or attempt to injure, intimidate or interfere with an event speaker or Coalition Life or its employees, board members, volunteers, donors, supporters, clients, guests or other attendees.

If an Attendee violates any provision of this Code of Conduct, such Attendee and the Cardholder or Accountholder associated with such Attendee’s registration (the “Obligor”) shall be jointly and severally liable to Coalition Life for liquidated damages in the amount of $25,000. The Cardholder or Accountholder associated with Attendee’s event registration hereby authorizes payment for such liquidated damages on the card or account on file with Coalition Life.

If the card or account on file fails to process the $25,000 total, the Obligor agrees to submit payment of the balance to Coalition Life within 30 days of the event. If the Obligor fails to submit payment within 30 days, a 10% per month late fee will be assessed towards the current outstanding balance. If the Obligor fails to make payment within 90 days of the event, Coalition Life may use any legal means available to collect payment. The Obligor agrees to reimburse Coalition Life for all related costs and , fees (including legal fees) related to the collection of any damages incurred as the result of the Attendee’s violation of this Code of Conduct.

Each Attendee agrees to release and hold harmless Coalition Life and its employees, officers, board members, volunteers, representatives, and agents from any and all alleged or actual liability, claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, or losses of any kind which arise out of or result from attendance at and participation in the event.
